why go 'preloved' when you can have new vintage?

I often see my preloved, or EUC for sale online. But truth be told, the challenge of settling with any preloved silk item is that silk snags easily, plus it tends to lose its shine. So, even the best preloved silk items,  the ones in “great condition”, or “EUC” are really not ideal.

Why go 'preloved' when you can have authentic new-with-tag vintage?
